Information you give us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. If you book an intake appointment, the details you enter go through the Google Calendar booking page.
The booking page
The button to schedule an appointment opens a booking page run by Google. Google collects and handles what you enter there under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details so we can prepare for the appointment.
How we use information

- To talk with you about setting up AI helpers for your clinic.
Clinic and pet-owner information
If we set up AI helpers for your clinic, what they handle and how is agreed with you directly. Please read our AI Use Disclosure to see what the helpers do and pass on to your team.
Call recordings
When our AI helpers answer calls for a clinic, the call may be recorded and transcribed. We use recordings to train and improve our AI helpers and to check that calls were handled correctly. Callers are told about the recording at the start of the call. We keep recordings only as long as needed for these purposes. To ask us to delete a recording, email fortkeeperai@gmail.com.

We share information only where it's needed to provide our services, such as through the tools we use to schedule and communicate with you, or where the law requires it.
